Among the five IUMRS Conferences Series (ICAM, ICEM, ICA, ICYRAM, ICFM) established by the International Union of Materials Research Societies (IUMRS), ICYRAM is dedicated to supporting young scientists and researchers in the field of cutting-edge materials science and technology. ICYRAM commenced in Singapore in 2012 and subsequently took place in China in 2014, India in 2016, Australia in 2018, and Japan in 2022. At this time, MRS-Korea will host the 6th International Conference of Young Researchers on Advanced Materials (ICYRAM 2024) in Jeju Island, Korea.

Young professionals in their early careers will have precious opportunities to convene, network, and engage in discussions within the international materials community.
The ICYRAM 2024 will provide exceptional opportunities for Promising Young Scientists and Researchers to present their accomplishments in materials science and engineering-related domains, thereby expanding their intellectual horizons via interactions and exchanges of information with their peers.
